Sieve Range

Impact manufactures test sieves in the following frame diameters:

100mm, 150mm, 200mm,
250mm, 300mm, 315mm,
350mm, 400mm, 450mm,
8 inch & 12 inch

Impact holds a large stock of sieves for prompt delivery

Test sieves are manufactured to international standards:

• All 200mm and 300mm woven wire mesh sieves have stainless steel frames and mesh as standard. 200mm and 300mm perforated plate sieves have stainless steel frames. 450mm perforated plate sieves have plated steel frames. From 100mm to 400mm & 8 inch & 12 inch diameter, frames are all manufactured from stainless steel.

• Many sizes of test sieve are available as half-height sieves, please refer to the applicable sieve selector for a full list

• Wet Washing Sieves are available to European and American Standards, please refer to the applicable sieve selector for a full list.

• Lids, Receivers & Receiver/Separators are available for all sieve sizes

QUALITY

Impact Test Equipment is a UK sieve manufacturer with UKAS accreditation for the calibration of test sieves.

Impact test sieves are manufactured in Ayrshire, Scotland to the highest standards. Our seamless frames ensure a precise fit,added strength and superior quality. Impact uses a top of the range Optical Projector to ensure the quality and precision of every sieve produced. It is regularly calibrated to National Standards.

All Impact sieves have a serial number that enables us to identify when they were manufactured and the materials used. The use of serial numbers provides traceability for quality assurance systems.

Included with each sieve is a certificate of conformity to the applicable specification, which bears the serial number.
